Success Coaching Sessions
This Success Coaching package includes the following 5 steps:
Step 1 - Strategy Session
1. Defining Coaching requirements
What is the purpose of the coaching? Why do you need a coach at this time? What challenge(s) do you face? What goal(s) are you trying to reach?
2. Explaining the coaching framework, methodology
How will the coaching take place? What will the sessions be like? How do I access the session recordings? How long will the sessions last? How much will it cost?
Step 2 - Clarity
What is your current situation? What challenges do you face? What resources do you have? Who are you? What are you all about? How can we best work together?
Step 3 - Goals and Priorities
What are your most important goals? What are your priorities? What is most urgent?
Step 4 - Action Plan
What actions do you need to take to successfully achieve your goals? What steps need to be taken? What situation must be confronted or rectified? What knowledge or resources do you need to succeed? In what order should this plan unfold?
Step 5 - Making Consistent Progress
Periodic monitoring, tracking, reviewing and assessment of the progress made. Should the plan be modified? What has been achieved so far? What challenges have come up? What should be celebrated? What requires preparation and further planning? Where and how to get help if needed? What needs to happen to maintain consistent progress?
Each of these steps may require multiple sessions or be achieve in less than one session. The goal is go through all 5 steps successfully and repeat some of the steps if required.
Commitment to Success
To be successful, persistence is required, the focus must be maintained. Once the Action Plan is in place it will take many more sessions to achieve the goals set.
